Who is Sunny Love?
Sunny is our puppy Chiweenie, she is always so happy and loving. Sunny Love Pet Sitting seemed like a perfect name.
What is your YouTube channel about?
SunnydaywithCoco started when we had Randy and our new puppy (Sunny) and kitten (Coco). Kiki and Pumpkin are now on the channel too!
The channel is about all the cute and silly things the pets do: play, fight, nap, and have a great time together!
How long will it take to be contacted?

What is the Cancellation Policy?
At Sunny Love Pet Sitting, we try and be as flexible as possible and understand that the unexpected can occur and that plans must change.
We reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee if canceling within 24 hours of any scheduled service. We will fully refund you if we need to cancel the booking.
Do you have emergency plans in place?
We have plans in place with local veterinarians and other local businesses to ensure your pet’s safety, health, and happiness. And of course, we will go over any and all emergency options with you in case one should rise.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We suggest submitting requests for pet sitting while on vacation around a month ahead.
Requests for dog walks and pet sitting a week ahead.
How do I schedule Sunny Love Pet Sitting services?
You can request services by texting, emailing, or calling us. Please see the Contact page for more information.
Will you need a key to my house?
We will enter your home through any door of your choosing.
If we are entering through a garage or door with a keypad, we still will require a key in case of a power outage or glitch.
You may also utilize your own lockbox or we can provide one.
We could also hold a copy of a key during the duration of your services.
The choice if yours, we will do whatever works best for you.
Are times guaranteed?
We operate on a 2 hour window to account for traffic, weather, last-minute requests, and other things that come up throughout our day. This means that if your visit is scheduled at noon, we will arrive sometime between 11am and 1pm.
Please note that we may need to cancel or adjust services due to weather conditions but will always keep you updated and will make every effort to ensure that your requested services are carried out within a reasonable timeframe.
We will guarantee a tighter window for pets with medical needs such as diabetic pets who get insulin and will never cancel these appointments.
What areas do you service?
We serve Oakland, Franklin Lakes, Wyckoff, Upper Saddle River, Saddle River, Allendale and limited surrounding areas.
What is your payment policy?
Payment is required in full before, or at the time of, the scheduled service. This applies to all services that we offer. We accept Cash or Venmo.
If you leave cash, please ensure that you clearly indicate the amount, the date(s) of service, and that it is for Sunny Love Pet Sitting.
Do you charge extra for services on holidays?
Yes we charge an additional $5 per visit on all of the following holidays:
Easter Sunday
4th of July
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas (December 24-25)
New Year’s (from December 31st - January 1st)
Are you insured?
Yes, Sunny Love Pet Sitting is insured and bonded.

Please check your pet's harness fits well and is not worn out, we don't want them slipping out. We may ask you to provide a new harness or leash if we feel that the harness/leash/collar is worn, or your pet may slip out.
Please provide us with as much information as you can in regards to your pets demeanor, ie. are they shy, aggressive with people or other dogs, do they like to play, do they love belly rubs, etc.
If you are expecting anyone to be at your house during our scheduled services, including family members, cleaning workers, construction workers, etc. please let us know before we arrive so we're not startled! lol
